1.Should we get a sample by free or enjoy any discount?

Sorry we can not offer free sample due to our product’s cost is very high. But we can offer 10% discount for sample order.

 

2. What price terms are acceptable?

 FOB, FCA (Shenzhen or Guangzhou) ,Ex work. 

 

3. Do you have MOQ? 

Usually 20ft is our minimal order qty. (it is about 70-80pcs)

 

4. Can we get the color swatch by free?

Yes we can provide 1-2 sets of color watch by free.

 

5. What’s the lead time? 

Our lead time is 15-35 days according to the order qty. Also we can match your urgent requirement in 5-7 days is possible. Since we have stocked the main materials.

 

6. Do you have any certificate? 

Yes, for each type of chairs,we have BIFMA test report for the whole chair. You can find them from our web page.  

 

7. What’s your warranty terms?

18 month after loading date.

 

8. Can you provide the OEM service?

 Yes, if you want to make a high-level chair, we have professional team to designing, open mould, choose materials etc. So you can look us as your factory in China. We can make a chair with European quality but Chinese price.
